First draft- suspect #3

The third (and possibly final) suspect is going to be the victim's neighbor.

Detective- The last suspect lives across the street from the victim. 

Neighbor- I go for a bike ride everyday around 2:00. When I went outside that day I saw her come home. I rode off before she got out of her car.
